Automated Speed Arc welding Robot
Designed to provide maximum performance and reliability for welding and cutting applications, The FANUC Arc Mate 100iC is a high-speed six-axis robot that protects the weld torch cable, gas lines, air lines, and the wire feeder motor cable by routing them inside the robot arm, improving reality and reducing set up time. In addition, it prevents cable interference, while allowing for offline program generation without compromising cable integrity.
Enhanced Wrist Load Capacity
The unique slim wrist of the Arc Mate 100iC robot creates a large work area and maintains high speed throughout. This high-speed six-axis robot conquers up to 10kg of payload and seamlessly enables entry into small openings in the workspace.
Speed and Accuracy
Without compromising productivity, the FANUC Arc Mate 100iC robot arm moves 15% times faster than the other robots in its class and can process large parts and use complex tooling. This high-speed six-axis robot is also compatible with all the major brands of welding equipment and can be interfaced with most types of servo-driven or indexing positioners.
Vision Shift Software
FANUC Arc Mate 100iC is equipped to see, sense, and simulate with the software pair of IRVision System and Collision Guard. The FANUC robotics Vision Shift is a vision guidance system that allows a user to shift a weld program uniquely generated in the ROBOGUIDE-WeldPRO simulation package. When the weld program generated in the virtual world of the WeldPRO is loaded in the real world of the actual robot cell, it will need to be shifted. It accomplishes this automatically and without operator error as in other methods.
This is common with all simulation packages. With a Vision Shift and a ROBOGUIDE-WeldPRO simulation software package that helps compensate for gaps in spot welding or product spacing during the arc, programming is faster and easier.
Controller System
The FANUC Arc Mate 100iC is compatible with the FANUC R-30iB controller system, which is equipped with advanced technology for enhanced process capabilities as well as open architecture features that allow for an intelligent control system while also simplifying system integration for improved application and motion performance. The R-30iB controller system boasts the following:

FANUC ROBOGUIDE-WeldPRO Simulation Software
FANUC Robotic ROBOGUIDE-WeldPRO is a process-specific-plug-in to ROBOGUIDE off-line robot simulation software. A simulation tool for robotic and welding processes, it simplifies the ability to program a variety of applications in 3-D, including plasma cutting and GMAW, plasma and GTAW welding. This simulation software uses a FANUC robotics virtual robot controller and process software to allow the easy creation of entire robotic welding or cutting work cells.
