The Arc Mate 120iB belongs to the FANUC’s series of six-axis modular construction, electric servo-driven family of robots. Like its predecessors, the Arc Mate 120iB is built to deliver precise, high-speed welding, cutting, and other industrial applications. It features the FANUC’s simple, yet reliable construction and can maintain an accurate and consistent path performance during operation.
Equipped with the FANUC R-J3iB controller and easy-to-use ArcTool Software, this robot provides reliable performance without compromising on speed. Flexible and Durable Design
The ArcMate 120iB build remains compact yet flexible like other automated arc welding and cutting robots in the FANUC ARC welding robot series. The robot can easily maximize its reach capability within confined areas, while the 14% reduced wrist size enables it to enter into smaller openings in the workplace.
Designed with integral utilities including gas/air lines and a wire feed motor cable routed inside the robot arm, the FANUC Arc Mate 120iB is promised reliability, reduced setup time, and zero need for external cabling.
Fast Wrist Axis
The ArcMate 120iB series is the best in class reach versus stroke ratio and it boasts extremely large work envelopes useful for large parts or complex tooling. Its extremely fast wrist axis reduces aircut times, thereby improving throughput. This high-speed, six-axis robot, features the highest speeds in its class for maximum performance and productivity and the TurboMove advanced servo control feature allows quick and smooth point-to-point motion which increases arc on-time and throughput.
Other Key Features
The Arc Mate 120iB' wire feed motor is mounted directly to the robot's upper arm shortening the welding torch length which in turn improves the wire feed reliability and arc start capability. The FANUC Arc Mate 120iB boasts a plug and play simplicity with Lincoln Electric's Power sources and it is compatible with all the major brands of welding equipment.
This high-speed, six-axis robot has 1667mm reach and 1282mm stroke plus sealed bearings and drives that provide protection and improve reliability. The Arc Mate 120iB RV reducer with integral bearings provide performance and rigidity in a compact package and the J3 flip over capability provides a large working envelope that is ideal for inverted applications.

TIG High-Frequency Protection Kit - This layer of protection comes in handy for TIG welding and high-frequency applications.
