Built for high performance
Shortening the welding torch length to the robot's upper arm improves the wire feed reliability and arc start capability of FANUC Arc Mate 120iB 10L’ wire feed motor when it is mounted directly. With no change to its mechanical unit, this high-speed six-axis robot can be mounted upright, inverted, wall, or angle. EMI (Electro-magnetic Interference) shielding kits for TIG, PAW, and PAC allow for smooth operation even in harsh EMI environments.
The FANUC Arc Mate 120iB 10L features a plug and play simplicity with Lincoln Electric's Power sources and it is compatible with all the major brands of welding equipment. In addition, this high-speed, six-axis robot has 1885 mm reach and 1426 mm stroke plus sealed bearings and drives that provide protection and improve reliability. With a J3 flip over capability that provides a large working envelope that is ideal for inverted applications, the FANUC Arc Mate 120iB 10L also boasts a J1 axis stroke modification kit and an auxiliary axis package for integration into welding positions.
