The new integral torch of FANUC' Arc welding Dress-Out Package offers easy torch access and reduces arm-to-arm interference when using multiple robots on a part. It is easily retrofit to the Arc Mate robot and it provides maximum flexibility and a choice for users. The torch rotator and the cable management system are its key technology. While the torch rotator allows the robot to position the welding torch with minimal wrist movement achieving a high-quality weld, the cable management system makes room for proper routing of the welding torch along the arm.
